Description: | Located 16 km (10 mi) south-southeast of Adel, 63 km (39 mi) north of Townsend and Canyon Ferry Dam, 69 km (43 mi) southwest of Great Falls. |
History: | The word Mil-mil-teh is the Anglicization of the Salish-Pend d’Oreille word for the quaking aspen tree. A simultaneous proposal was submitted to change the name to Aspen Hill, however, that proposal was rejected by the USBGN in favor of Mil-mil-teh Hill. |
